Do I have to pay the full amount when I book?

Where the experience allows it, you can pay a 30% deposit now and the balance before or on the day. Some experiences require full payment; the booking panel always shows what is due now.

Card payment online. For offline and walk-in bookings our team can also record cash or a bank transfer.

Will I get a confirmation?

Yes. Instant-confirmation experiences confirm immediately; request-based experiences are confirmed by our team, usually the same day.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the experience starts, unless the experience page states otherwise. Inside that window the terms on your booking apply.

Can I change the date or number of guests?

Usually yes, subject to availability. Contact us and we will amend the booking and show any price difference before it is applied.

Where do we meet?

Shared departures have a fixed meeting point shown on the experience page and in your confirmation. Private experiences can usually collect you from your accommodation in the central area.

What happens if it rains?

Golf carts are covered and tours run in light rain. If conditions make an experience unsafe we contact you to reschedule or refund.

Can children join?

Yes, on almost everything. Age bands and how many children can join are set per experience. A free infant still occupies a seat where seating is limited.

Some experiences include audio-guide access, activated on the day of your experience and available for 30 days afterwards.
