Booking terms & conditions
These terms are a working draft prepared for the platform. Have them reviewed by your legal adviser and send us the final wording so we can replace this text.
1. Who you are contracting with
Luxe Craft Tours is a trading brand operated by GO Tours SRLS, registered in Italy. Bookings are contracts between you and GO Tours SRLS.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where a deposit option is offered, 30% of the total is payable at booking and the balance before the experience starts, by payment link or on arrival. Prices are fixed at the moment of booking and stored with your reservation.
3. Cancellation by you
Unless the experience page states otherwise, you may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the start time. Cancellations inside that window, and no-shows, are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Changes and cancellation by us
We may change a route, vehicle, guide or timing where safety, traffic, weather or site closures require it. If we cancel an experience we offer an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid to us.
5. Your responsibilities
Arrive at the stated meeting point on time with valid identification where tickets require it. Follow the instructions of the guide, host or driver. We may refuse participation where behaviour, intoxication or an undisclosed condition creates risk, without refund.
6. Children and accessibility
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Age limits and seat requirements are stated per experience. Tell us about accessibility needs before booking so we can confirm what is possible.
7. Liability
We are liable for the proper performance of the services we provide, to the extent required by applicable Italian and EU law. We are not liable for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or by your own failure to follow safety instructions.
8. Third-party tickets and suppliers
Entry tickets and certain services are supplied by third parties and are subject to their own access rules, timed entry and non-refundable conditions, which we pass on to you at the time of booking.
9. Complaints and governing law
Please raise any problem with us during the experience so we can address it, and in writing within 30 days afterwards. These terms are governed by Italian law.
